Hi, I’m Kyle — a professional guitar teacher based in Milton Keynes with a background in music from HCM Music College.

I offer personalised 1-to-1 guitar lessons designed to help students progress confidently while enjoying the music they love. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already have some experience, lessons are tailored to your goals, musical interests, and learning style.

My teaching approach focuses on making learning guitar engaging, structured, and rewarding. I believe that if you’re investing in lessons, you should be learning music you genuinely enjoy playing while also building strong fundamentals.

Lessons take place in my dedicated studio in Newton Longville, Milton Keynes, or online via Google Meet for students who prefer learning from home.

A Structured Learning System

Every student receives access to their own dedicated Google Drive learning folder. This acts as a personal resource library containing:

• Chord charts

• Scale diagrams and technique guides

• Guitar learning posters

• Riff tablature and song materials

• Guitar and gear recommendations

Students also receive a personalised practice document that is updated after lessons. This includes:

• A clear practice routine

• Lesson notes and guidance

• Helpful learning links

• Progress tracking, including songs learned and chords mastered

This system ensures students always know exactly what to practise and how to improve between lessons.

Trinity Rock & Pop Guitar Exams

For students who enjoy working towards structured goals, KB Guitar Lessons is an Official Registered Exam Centre for Trinity College London.

This allows students to record and submit their graded exams directly from the studio in a comfortable and familiar environment.

I’m proud that my students currently hold a 100% pass rate in Trinity Rock & Pop exams.

However, exams are completely optional — there is never any pressure to take them. Many students simply enjoy learning songs and developing their skills at their own pace.

A Supportive Learning Environment

My studio is equipped with CCTV to maintain a safe and secure environment for students. Parents or guardians are welcome to stay during lessons if they wish.

I have experience working with students of all abilities, including those with special educational needs, and aim to create a positive, supportive environment where everyone can enjoy learning guitar.
